• Can I get a refund after booking? Please be sure you can make our dates, as session fees are non-refundable.
• What if my kids are crying during the session? No worries: we adapt to capture candid emotions or shift to standalone portraits if needed.
• How many kids is the session good for? The session is perfect for a family of 1-3 children, allowing time for each child to have some individual time with Santa. If you have more than three children, we suggest booking two back-to-back sessions to allow for sufficient time for individual photos; otherwise, your children will be photographed as a group. Please only one household per session; cousins will need to book a separate session.
• Can we do a family photo? The Classic Experience is for children only; however you will have the option to choose Premium Upgrades upon booking, which include the option of adding on a family portrait
• What should we wear during a Santa session? A style guide with outfit suggestions is included upon booking to help plan your session.
