Amy & Svend – Black Balsam Engagement Session

Adventurous couples want adventurous photography, right?  Yup, they do.  Martin and I love hiking, so we were happy to oblige sweet Amy & Svend and meet them at the Black Balsam Knob for their Asheville engagement session.  Together, we explored nature, giggled and got creative with some double exposure fun and I love the results.  My favorite engagement sessions are those that involve activities that the couple love, instead of just posed pretty pictures.  Because this, this right here, is pure magic.

Sidenote: Martin has officially taken on the role of Associate Photographer and is currently taking his own weddings.  This engagement session was mostly photographed by him (except for the double exposures) and I’m so proud of how talented of a photographer he has become!  Thank you Amy & Svend for trusting us in capturing your sweet and amazing love story!  We had so much fun during your Asheville engagement session adventure!
