What happens when a hot Frenchman falls in love with a cutie American gal?  Well, they end up getting engaged, of course! Brenna and Alexis found themselves planing TWO weddings – one here in the states and one in France.  They quickly decided that they wanted a very special day all to themselves before either wedding.  French Knot Studios and I brought their colorful Savannah elopement dream to life!

Despite the approach of Hurricane Matthew, Alexis and Brenna continued with their Savannah elopement plans.  They stayed in a cutie Lucky Savannah Vacation Rental and got ready together.  They wanted their Savannah elopement to feel just as special as any full wedding so they treated themselves to a few amazing details.  French Knot Studios created Brenna a big, bright and colorful bouquet.  Alexis’ boutonniere completed his impeccable outfit.

After their First Look, I couldn’t help but laugh and play along with Brenna and Alexis.  Their excitement to be in Savannah, despite the impending hurricane, and to get married to each other was infectious.  They were rewarded with an empty city, having downtown all to themselves to run and around and frolic.  It was nothing short of magical!  At a friend’s private residence, French Knot Studios created a dreamy floral wonderland.  Her floral curtain installation provided a beautiful backdrop for their sweet ceremony.  After the ceremony, the couple enjoyed champagne and a beautiful charcuterie from Smith Brothers Butcher Shop.  The evening ended with the most adorable cake by A Squad Bake Shop.
