Kerri & Brad – Dunham Farms Wedding

2013 wrapped up with two amazing weddings, one of which was Kerri & Brad’s incredible affair out at Dunham Farms.  When I met Kerri, we immediately hit it off – she is the sweetest lady and so super cute you can’t even stand it.  I just knew that her wedding would be chock full of meaningful touches and that they would be surrounded by an incredible group of friends and family. Kerri knew that she wanted her guests to have an amazing wedding experience from the very start to finish.  The fine ladies at Posh Petals and Pearls helped her make that happen.  How amazing are these Save the Dates and little welcome packages the guests received!? Fun signs directed guests to the Dunham Farms property and folks were greeted by this huge sign with fun little bits about the wedding day = love! The invitation suite came packaged beautifully in a kraft box with beautiful lettering.  Paired with Kerri’s glorious Badgley Mischka heels = swoon! Kerri has a huge huge heart and you can tell that making sure her loved ones felt appreciated was her top priority.  All the maids received beautiful robes and Kerri had hankies embroidered with custom messages for her most special supporters. While the girls primped, the guys enjoyed brews & foosball. Kerri & Brad opted to do a First Look which I always love.  After sharing a private, sweet moment together, we were able to take care of all portraits prior to the ceremony. Kerri, you are glorious. Dunham Farms is a spectacular place.  The beautiful trees offer the perfect backdrop. I have never before seen a more clever guest book.  One of Kerri’s dear friends is a furniture designer.  He custom built this beautiful wooden coffee table and created a metal piece that guests could sign.  Later it will be fitted into the table for Kerri & Brad to enjoy forever. I love the idea of having doors at the ceremony to keep the bride hidden until she is ready to walk down the aisle. A lounge area was set up by the water for guests to enjoy before the reception.  More adorable signs instructed guests to select a cocktail and wrap up with a pashmina as the October evening got chilly. An outside bar was set up outside the reception venue complete with more lounge furniture and hanging chandeliers.  Beautiful! I so loved these custom state signs for the sweetheart table! The reception was a complete blast, what a fun bunch!  Everyone enjoyed the food, music and amazing atmosphere! Towards the end of the reception, hot boiled peanuts were passed around as favors and a thoughtful late night snack. Love this little bit sewn into Kerri’s gown with her mom & great grandmothers’ wedding dates. Kerri & Brad exited to an amazing display of sparklers and that huge sign was turned for another good bye & thank you message for their guests.  Clever! Kerri & Brad – Thank you from the bottom of my heart for choosing me to document your amazing wedding.  I feel so lucky to have shared in your day and to have gotten to know you two!  Here’s to so many years of extreme happiness!
