What happens when a couple has a serious case of wanderlust? They begin with a cutie travel themed engagement session at the Railroad Museum in Savannah, GA. And then followed that up with the loveliest vintage travel theme wedding at Woodlawn Plantation. House of Pata brought Ashley’s vision to life using globes, vintage books and cameras and other travel inspired decor. Not only did they have travel elements, but they also had bright colors. In fact, the bride’s bouquet was filled with bright pink peonies! Get ready for lace, peonies and lots of other southern wedding goodness! (Full list of vendors below)
Their wedding started with a ceremony at Lafayette Square, where they used the fountain as their backdrop. Then guests moved to Woodlawn Plantation, where they were greeted with the most beautiful weather.Guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres from the couple’s travels. Wicked Cakes of Savannah did the most amazing dessert display! Under large oak trees, guests dined on delicious food and danced the night away under cafe lights.
