You may remember Amanda & Dan from their snuggly waterfront engagement session with their gorgeous pup. They treated me to a boat ride that day and I fell in love with their easy going vibe and love for the outdoors. I knew that their Fall Savannah wedding would be equally as warm, charming and beautiful. Amanda’s bridal details were classic and elegant. I adore her ruffly mermaid Allure Couture gown and her perfectly sparkly jewelry. The dusty rose bridesmaids dresses and the bouquets of deep reds and greenery created a romantic Fall palette.
The guys got ready at Fort Jackson, one of my favorite venues for a Savannah wedding. Their beautiful ceremony concluded with just enough time for a few portraits before the bottom fell out of the sky! Rain sometimes happens on wedding days but we roll with it. And magical images still happen!
We then headed downtown to do a few more bride and groom portraits around Bay & River Street before entering the reception at Vic’s on the River.
BONUS: If you choose a First Friday of the month for your wedding date AND your reception is within view of the river – you get FIREWORKS!!!
