Maggie & Connor – St. Simon’s Island Wedding Photographer

Maggie and Connor met while playing on a co-ed soccer team while attending Georgia Southern.  They grew close over their shared love for soccer, biking, cooking and Netflix and after college, they took on a huge adventure by moving to Vancouver.  After Connor proposed to Maggie on a family vacation to the beach, they knew they had to return to the region and have a St. Simon’s Island wedding!

The ever talented teams at Cocktails & Details and Straton Hall Events brought their vision of a fun, relaxed wedding to life.  The day started with getting ready at the beautiful Villa de Sueños, where the reception would later be held.

I nearly died over Maggie’s vintage lace veil and her feather Badgley Mischka heels, swoon!

I love when couples do a First Look.  It almost always makes for the sweetest photos, calms your nerves and is just all around awesome!

Maggie and Connor wed in the most quaint Lovely Lane Chapel.

This vintage car was the perfect addition to the day.  I love using them for portraits!

My favorite part about Villa de Sueños was how your tables could be arranged throughout the lawn to create intimate eating spaces overlooking the ocean,
