Y’all are in for real big treat with this wedding. It’s seriously a favorite. This wedding was completely DIY – proof that you can throw an amazingly beautiful wedding with tons of personal details on a smaller budget with help from your family and friends! There was so much eye candy I could hardly contain myself. And what made this day even more awesome is that I got to hang out with the sweetest, most genuine, happy couple ever. I mean how often do you get hugs and kisses from the groom throughout the day!? Love them!!
The day took place at the Bass Lake state park in Holly Springs, NC – a beautiful space complete with water, woods and a great big white venue. I can never say enough how much I love it when a wedding fully takes place in one location – from getting ready all the way to reception – it just makes for a really relaxed, no fuss day! Take a look at Gabrielle’s ring – an antique amethyst! I die.
Gabrielle’s mom rocked it out for this wedding! She laid out all the details to bring Gabrielle’s vision to life – including the florals! Isn’t that the best bouquet in the world!?One of my favorite details was Gabrielle and Charlie’s handwritten vows – you simply can’t get any sweeter.Always a fan of mismatched bridemaids! The vintage trunk made an excellent prop for photos! Thoughtful details like add variety to your photos and make me a happy girl. The reception dining tables were carefully laid out with mismatched china and antique vases = divine in my book!Cakes By Faith created this amazing ombre cake. And My Chef Catering provided the yummy food!Favorites!Gabrielle & Charlie – THANK YOU SO MUCH for allowing me to document your amazing day – I am one lucky gal to know y’all – you two are such sweet people – it showed in the amazing support of your family and friends. I wish y’all an eternity of adventures!!!
