A vintage inspired wedding at Buttonwood Grove Winery
Danielle and Kolby are two sweet friends of ours from Savannah. Martin met Danielle while working at CASA. It was pretty hard to not fall in love with her infectious smile and gentle spirit. The two of them bonded over discussing life, grad school and the overall emotional stress of working for a non profit like CASA. Ultimately, Danielle took to heart some of their long conversations. She applied to Cornell for grad school, moving herself and Kolby to Ithaca, New York. Just like Danielle, Kolby has an infectious grin and a kind heart. It didn’t take long for the two to decide to promise forever to each other and start planning a wedding in New York. They looked to the beauty that upstate New York offers and chose Buttonwood Grove Winery for their wedding venue.
My favorite thing about Buttonwood Grove Winery is that not only do you get a beautiful winery as your location, but they also have cabins in which you can stay, giving you a fun, glamping feel! I loved Danielle’s mismatched bridesmaids and the boys in blue. Honoring the venue in their decor, they used wine bottles as centerpieces. Along with wildflowers in hues of pink and coral, the wedding also had a vintage nod. Check out the classic mint & blush car they used for their getaway!
