Drew & Katy – rehearsal dinner

I don’t typically cover rehearsal dinners, but when your clients are some of your besties, you make an exception :)  I am so excited to finally share all of Drew and Katy’s photos – their wedding was seriously a favorite to date.  Drew and Katy met here in Savannah – at trivia – I know this because Martin and I were there that night to hang out before moving to Spain, and we were like wait, hey, why are you hanging out with this girl!?  But we are all so happy he met Katy because she is a lot cooler ;)  They now live in Brooklyn, where Katy is an independent furniture designer, specializing in sustainability and eco-responsible manufacturing.  Check her out!

But they knew they had to return to the lovely Savannah for their wedding and they knew they wanted it to ooze with the same style and values on which Katy has built her business – which equals coolest wedding evah!

You have to wait for that though, for now, you get the rehearsal dinner! Rehearsal at The Southern Pine Company of Georgia and dinner at Drew’s parents home.

We keep Drew around because of faces like this :)  Also, I love this little moment with the moms, so sweet!Drew’s dad has a restored Airstream trailer that they cleverly used as a bar – love!!!  I also couldn’t get enough of the mini terrariums and gold spray painted animals!Everything was as eco friendly as possible – right down to the wooden silverware and plates.
