First Birthday Photo Session

I’ve photographed Laura and Joey so many times (including at their gorgeous wedding at the Georgia State Railroad Museum), and I was so happy to be able to shoot their little baby girl! Reese just turned one, and Laura wanted to do a first birthday photo session. I was more than happy to oblige!

First Birthday Photo Session

For Reese’s birthday, we got some adorable pictures of her. We got some photos of her with family, but mostly, we just let her be the star! Pop Squad Balloons even provided a cute balloon for Reese to pose with during her photo session. It was the perfect accessory! Speaking of perfect accessories, Reese also had an adorable party hat that was embroidered with her name and a bib with her initials. She looked so cute! And of course, we had to have the cake smash! Reese got a simple white cake all to herself, and she had so much fun eating it.

Finishing Up Your Baby’s First Year Collection

I love talking about my Baby’s First Year Collection because it’s such a great way to make sure you have amazing photos of your first year. Throughout your baby’s first year, you get a series of three photo sessions that you can use. After the sessions, we create a gorgeous heirloom album for you. Reese’s first birthday photo session is a great example of the last session you can have with your collection. I love how we were able to incorporate accessories and props and really capture Reese’s age.
