Floral Wedding at Atlanta Botanical Gardens

After some delays, Kat and Mike finally got married last October, and I’m so excited to now be able to share their photos with you! Kat and Mike are high school sweethearts and a super fun, bubbly couple. It was so much fun doing their engagement session at UGA with them, and so I was beyond excited for their wedding day at Atlanta Botanical Gardens to finally arrive.

Classic Wedding Day Style

Kat and Mike looked so good on their wedding day! Kat wore a gorgeous gown by Carol Hannah, complete with a full skirt, deep V-back, and spaghetti straps. She completed her look with diamond jewelry and a braided half-up, half-down hairstyle, creating a unique but still classic look. Her bridal bouquet by Ornate Events and Designs was rustic and perfect with purple and orange flowers along with yellow leaves and greenery. It was fun and unique, just like this couple! Meanwhile, Mike went full classic groom with a black tux. I loved how they looked together!

Emotional Wedding Ceremony at Atlanta Botanical Gardens

After an enthusiastic first look, it was time for the ceremony! Kat and Mike chose to get married outside, surrounded by flowers, which was the perfect choice for a wedding at Atlanta Botanical Gardens. The ceremony was absolutely gorgeous! I’m in love with Ornate Events and Design’s arrangements. On top of the flowers on the two sides of the aisle, they put together different-sized pillars with large, rustic arrangements on top. Atlanta Botanical Gardens is already beautiful, but Ornate really created the perfect place for their ceremony!

Kat and Mike also wrote their own vows, and Mike’s vows were so good! His vows were hysterical and so sweet. They had everyone both laughing and crying! This couple just looked so happy to finally be getting married, and you could really feel the love and joy in the air.

From Kat’s bouquet to the ceremony to the reception, Kat and Mike were surrounded by gorgeous flowers all day long. Between the natural beauty of Atlanta Botanical Gardens and the florist’s lovely job, it really was a beautiful day.
