This Providence Canyon engagement shoot was not just super fun, but very close to my heart. Hannah is my associate photographer, and have shot many amazing weddings, including Hana and Tommy I just featured! For their shoot, we drove to Providence Canyon, one of the coolest hidden gems in Georgia. (Seriously, this looks like the West Coast, but it’s just 2 hours outside of Atlanta!) This area is aptly called the Little Grand Canyon. We explored the gorgeous park, which has gorgeous hues of pink orange and red. It was such a unique setting compared to the usual oak trees and Spanish moss that Georgia is known for.
Hannah is a shorty, so she rocked some awesome wedges with her cute ombre dress. When it comes to your engagement look, it is important to not just be comfortable, but also pick outfits that coordinate. Hannah’s dress was the perfect combination of neutral, with a pop of color to reflect her personality. Jarrod coordinated in his dark jeans and soft blue button down. Hannah and Jarod are high school sweethearts, who met when she noticed him at a football game. She was captain of the Cheerleading squad and he was a player. After high school, they spent 4 years long distance, which bonded them even more. They knew that if they could tackle long distance, they could do anything!
This sweet couple is getting married in Cancun May 18th, and I am so happy to be a part of it. Their ceremony and reception will be taking place at an all-inclusive resort, and are encouraging their guests to wear bright colors – something you don’t normally hear! They want their wedding to be fun, laid back, and colorful (my kind of wedding!) I am wishing this amazing couple the most incredible wedding, and I can’t wait to share details from their wedding with you!
