Laura & Eric – Engagement – Madrid, Spain

Laura contacted me through the Americanas in Madrid facebook page that I found, all too late, right before the summer.  I really wish I had known about this group of girls all last year because they really are super fun.  But great things have come from my short time with them – one of which has been getting to know Laura and her fiancé Eric.  We met up one sunny afternoon in Madrid to do their engagement session – and I feel like we immediately hit it off.  If they were nervous or unsure of what to do, it sure didn’t show.

I mean look at these two – adorable, am I right?!

We started by walking around the Huertas area, a cool little neighborhood full of very typical Spanish bars and restaurants.

Calle Huertas is a pedestrian street and has famous Spanish sayings along the way.  I love how this one on the right came out! Plus check out coy little miss Laura – no wonder Eric can’t resist her!

I love when my couples jump right into their shoots and don’t mind getting a little dirty.

Everytime I looked down at my camera, literally a “gasp” or an “awww” escaped my lips! Can you blame me?

We snuck into a bar for an outfit change and then headed towards Retiro Park.

Loooooooooove this one. Yall, Im seeing huge canvas hanging over your couch, just saying.

I love love love Fall, its my favorite time of year.  So I was excited when the brown leaves in Retiro actually came out quite bright and pretty!  Love Laura’s beautiful red hair in these!

Also, Eric, I have to give you a shout out for being an awesome groom to be.  He knew just what to do.

Im so glad we walked to the Crystal Palace, what a beautiful backdrop.

Hahaha this is when I asked Laura to give me her bedroom eyes.  She must think Im crazy.  But see, the pictures came out so GOOOD!
