Lauren & Rob – Surprise Proposal

One of the most special days in a couple’s relationship is the proposal! This is a time of so much joy for both! This is one of the reasons, as a wedding photographer, I recommend you have a photographer there to capture the moment. Hiring a photographer to take pictures of the surprise proposal can give you memories to share for years to come. When you work so hard to plan the proposal, wouldn’t you want it documented?

It also turns the proposal into a mini photoshoot, and you can get photos of the raw emotions right after (and all the tears and laughter!) Surprise Proposal on the beach

One of my couples did just this! Rob reached out to me last year because he wanted to surprise Lauren with a proposal. She had a big weekend planned for him in Hilton Head for his birthday and he knew she would never expect him doing something like that for HER when the weekend was supposed to be about him. Lauren was so surprised!  You can see how desperately in love they are in the photos! This was such a beautiful moment I got to capture, and I am so thankful when couples let me in on this fun surprise! I cannot wait for their wedding at The Ford Plantation next Spring!
