Auriel and Bobby’s Northridge Country Club wedding was the epitome of class, sophistication and elegance. First of all, guests got a glimpse of what was to come from their custom letterpress invitations. Secondly, Auriel’s gown and bridal details were timeless and beautiful. My favorite part about watching her get ready was the moment her mother presented her with a letter. Auriel had written herself this letter when she was just a child. It was her advice to herself for when she got married. Auriel had forgotten all about it! It was such a sweet and hilarious moment for Auriel and her mom.
Another noteworthy thing about this Northridge Country Club wedding is that Bobby is in the military. All day long he was a handsome display of refinery.
Auriel says that probably the First Look was her favorite part of the day. She loved the moment she walked up on Bobby. They both loved the intimate time they got to spend together.
As part of their Jewish ceremony, Auriel and Bobby took a special moment for the signing of the Ketubah. I love getting to document this sweet moment with the families.
Finally, A Swanky Affair and Tre Bella did an exquisite job with the wedding reception. Stunning florals, gold flatware and luxury linens made for dazzling tables!
A favorite moment for military weddings is the sword ceremony. I’ve seen this done at the ceremony, right after the First Kiss and also as the entrance to the reception. Auriel and Bobby chose the latter. On the last sword, Auriel was tapped on the butt, giving her the biggest laughs!
Jewish weddings are the most fun! And one of my favorite things is the hora. Auriel and Bobby had the best time being lifted in chairs and dancing with their friends!
