Allie & James | Ships Of The Sea Micro Wedding

I am so excited to kick off 2021 by sharing this incredible micro wedding with you! Like many couples, Allie and James originally wanted a bigger wedding. However, due to C0vid, they realized that having a micro intimate wedding was the best choice! They wanted a beautiful and unique wedding, but just a few fewer guests. The couple is from Tampa, Florida, and had their eye on Ships Of The Sea as their venue. So, when they found the venue’s elopement package, they knew it was meant to be.

Ships Of The Sea has two elopement packages, that give you the space for 2-3 hours, chairs, and champagne (for up to 25 guests!) With the help of their planner, Tara LeClaire Weddings, they planned the most beautiful micro wedding.

Allie and James got ready in Historic Savannah The Gastonian – one of the pretties Inn’s downtown. Allie wore a beautiful fitted lace gown, with lots of rhinestone accessories. James wore a plaid and navy suit, with a super fun pattern lining his suit jacket! He was so stylish. I love when couples really show off their personality with their outfits!

Ships Of The Sea Micro Wedding

Their ceremony took place in the garden, with the most beautiful floral aisle way by Xpressions Floral Design. After the ceremony, guests moved to another area of the garden for drinks to celebrate, complete with some vintage furniture rentals. I love how the couple chose marigold and burgundy as their accent colors. After the cocktail hour, the couple took a horse and carriage to their reception, which took place at The Olde Pink House. The couple booked a room for their 15 guests, and it was such a beautiful space. Guests enjoyed a delicious dinner, lots of candlelight, and dancing all night long!
