Split & Hvar, Croatia – Travel Photography

After Dubrovnik we took another horrible non air conditioned bus to Split.  Its another coastal town – a tourist hot spot.  But is rather gorgeous! Look at those mountains!

The little old city is adorable, similar to Dubrovnik, with pretty architecture and tiny streets.

I love all the blue, green and teal colored shutters in Croatia.

We enjoyed a nice sunset over the Adriatic Sea.

These old towns are small and so you don’t need more than a day to walk around and see them.  So for our second day, we took a ferry to the island of Hvar….leaving the port.

On our ferry ride back, we enjoyed yet another fabulous sunset!

Sorry to have not written much for this post….we are cooking dinner for our couch surfing hosts in Slovenia….and its not like you come here for my writing skills, I know that.  Hope you enjoyed the pretty pictures!
