Thanksgiving Look Book for The Flower General

With Thanksgiving this week, I wanted to share one of my favorite Fall Look Books, from 2017. I did this Look Book with Flower General and Audrey from The Kings Cottage, and Emily Burton Designs, and it was gorgeous! We shot at The Fig Room, and created inspiration for a Thanksgiving dinner, with close friends. The furniture was a lovely shade of soft blue, so we chose flowers that were darker, with deep plums and green. The Fig Room is a unique and intimate venue in Jacksonville, Florida, with gorgeous lighting.

The centerpieces were filled with unique flowers from Flower General, for a one of a kind look! There were burgundy celosia, deep burgundy calla lilies, as well as pink daylilies. Audrey added various seasonal greenery for lots of texture.

Thanksgiving Inspiration

The white-washed farm table had a cream silk gauze runner, with tapered candles, and gold accents. Each place setting had handwritten menus, with calligraphy place cards. Each guest not only had wine, but a gold-trimmed champagne flute. Fresh grapes and seasonal fruits were laid out, for some yummy bites.

To finish the night, a custom marble cake was on display, with gold foil touches, and fresh berries as the topping. Everyone loves dessert, and this cake was not just delicious, but looked beautiful!

Thanksgiving is such a special time, and I love the season of having everyone come together, and celebrate! I hope this inspiration helps you plan the perfect get-together, for all those special people in your life! Happy Thanksgiving!
