Baby Ezra – Savannah Lifestyle Newborn Session

As a wedding photographer, I am so honored to be part of such great life moments. Not only did I shoot Courtney and Corey’s engagement session, but I also shot their wedding. And now I get to share their Savannah Lifestyle Newborn session with their sweet new baby, Ezra. I love being able to shoot these moments in a couple’s lives, from engagement to their first baby!

Courtney and Corey are Martin and I’s close friends, and we have known other since we moved back to Savannah from Madrid. Courtney and Corey had recently moved to Savannah from Ohio when we met, and we quickly all became friends! I got to shoot their super fun and colorful wedding a few years ago, which you have to check out!

Savannah Lifestyle Newborn Session

As a newborn wedding photographer, I like to shoot in a more lifestyle session format. This means outside of a studio, and in the family’s home. My sessions are focused on the connection and love of the family, and not just posed images. By shooting at home, we allow everyone (including the newborn!) to feel more comfortable. We also get to capture the nursery, which is a room you will always cherish.

Baby Ezra’s room is filled with deep blue and indigo and was such a cute setting for our shoot. I also made sure to get some of him sleeping, since he was just so cute! By being in their own home, we were able to take breaks as needed. By being at home, you can easily change and clean your baby, without having to worry about bringing multiple outfits. It also allows us to cuddle in your bed, and can even include pets or siblings!
